Louie Banks

Louie Banks is a celebrated British fashion and celebrity photographer renowned for his vivid, empowering portraits that celebrate gender fluidity. His work often bridges the gap between underground club scenes and high fashion, capturing subjects with authenticity and glamour. Banks has collaborated with prominent publications such as i-D, Vogue France, Interview, LOVE and Another Man, and has photographed celebrities including Beyoncé, Debbie Harry, Isabelle Huppert, FKA Twigs, Marion Cotillard, Jean Paul Gaultier, Amanda Lepore, and Helena Bonham Carter, amongst others.

Raised in Brighton, he started photography at a young age. His style is characterized by bold contrasts, theatrical setups, and a commitment to showcasing diverse identities with confidence and flair. He spotlights models, celebrities, and underground club characters with the same passion and attention.
