Victor Boccard

Paris based Victor Boccard is an aesthetic-obsessed director. After beginning as a creative director for advertisement. He aims to convey strong feelings through powerful storytelling, punchy edit, jumping from contemplative scenes to somewhat epileptic edits.

His signature lies somewhere between truly cinematic framing – he shoots in film (analogue) as much as possible – associated with more modern and pop transitions, crazy camera movements and VFX. Through every film, he likes to explore new angles and techniques. After having directed a few fiction short films, he is now aiming to develop his universe throughout what remains his biggest source of inspiration : music – via music video & fashion films.
