Laure Atanasyan

+Biography

After studying image and camera in Cannes, Laure moved to Paris and worked as a camera assistant on various feature films.
Later, she started directing music videos, between Europe and the United States. She particularly enjoys directing actors: “Creating an intimate world in order to reveal deep characters”.
It was while making documentaries for Issey Miyake, in which she followed the preparation of their Homme Plissé fashion shows, that she first associated her work as a director with the fashion industry.
Thanks to her experience in feature films, she manages to mix narration and fashion concepts for brands such as Françoise, Nodaleto or Carven.
Always working with a moving camera, she has collaborated with Isabel Marant on films for the women’s and men’s collections, as well as for Polo Ralph Lauren.
